I haven’t received an order confirmation—what should I do?
First, check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there, it’s possible that your order wasn’t processed. Please contact us so we can confirm whether your order has been registered.
Note: Your payment will only be charged once the item has been shipped—until then, it’s just a reservation.
I want to make a change to my order – is that possible?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order or address details, as our order system processes automatically. If you entered an incorrect address, we can try to update the information if you contact us within an hour of purchase. If this isn’t possible, the courier will usually return the package to us, and you’ll receive a refund.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can do the following: refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us.
Delivery
My order is delayed – what should I do?
If you haven't received your package within the promised timeframe, it may be due to delays with our shipping partner or high demand at our warehouse. Please contact us at contact@sevensundays.store so we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
What is the delivery time?
Order placed on workdays before 22:00 will be delivered the next day. During special events, such as sales and Black Friday, longer delivery times may occasionally occur.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we’ll send you an email with your invoice and a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
We process your return as quickly as possible once it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, but in rare cases, it can take up to 14 days. The exact timing depends on your bank. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.
Please note: if you paid with Mastercard or PayPal, the refund may not appear until the following month.
I want to exchange my product – is that possible?
Yes, it’s possible to exchange your item for a different size or color. Use our return portal and chose store credit. https://retour.innosend.eu/seven-sundays
There’s an issue with the product – what should I do?
We have a strict quality control process and regularly test our products. If you'd still like to file a complaint about an item you purchased from us, you can contact our customer service with your order number and stating the issue. contact@sevensundays.store
Please note: we cannot process complaints for items purchased elsewhere. For those, please contact the relevant store directly.

I’m having trouble completing my purchase – what should I do?

Will sold out items come back in stock?
This depends on the item and whether it’s part of a limited collection. For each product on the website, you can sign up for updates on sold-out items. For more information, contact us at contact@sevensundays.store and include the product number or name in your message.
